I am sitting here watching the faces around me, no one seems to be in touch with their surroundings. Each person is in their own reality.
You can hear the rustling of paper and an occasional pen tapping. What can it mean? There is no tension, only calm serenity in the depths of my mind. a young man is sitting, intently gazing at a book. Is he really gaining knowledge?
Or has his mind slipped into an oblivion of other moments in time? Frantic sounds of a pencil moving briskly across a piece of paper interrupts my thoughts. As I look around the room searching for the answer to an unspoken question, I begin to feel something in the air. A passion swells deep within my soul.
What can it be? the hushed whispers of two people talking, trying not to disturb the web of silence that is spun around them. an occasional glance, from a casual stranger wanting a bit of understanding comes my way. Some know not why they come, they only know that they are there.
